Build the person. Design the life.

The work
22 years. 1,100+ clients. Founders, leaders, athletes, and couples across the world.
The through-line across all of it is the same.
Most high performers are excellent at building one thing. Everything else runs on default. The relationship drifts. The inner life goes quiet underneath the achievement. The version of themselves they know is possible stays just out of reach.
This work changes that. Not through more information or motivation. Through a complete upgrade of the person running the whole thing.
Two Rebuilds. One Life's Work.
Most people rebuild when they have no choice.
In 2019 I was one of them. The business had collapsed. The relationship had ended. A hospitalisation that put me in bed for days. At my lowest point I understood for the first time why people take their own lives. I wrote that down too.
What kept me alive wasn't motivation or strategy. It was the inner work I'd been doing — the self-awareness, the tools, the capacity to feel what was happening without being completely destroyed by it.
That work was the only thing that held.
Within two years I had found my purpose, moved to my favourite place on earth, met the love of my life, and built a life that exceeded anything I'd previously imagined.
That was the first rebuild. Forced. Forged in fire.
The second one surprised me more.
Everything was good. Genuinely good. But good wasn't enough anymore. Something felt flat underneath the success. Not broken. Not in crisis. Just not fully alive.
So I made a deliberate choice. Not because I had to. Because I was ready to move from good to great, intentionally this time, across every area of my life.
That second rebuild is a different kind of work. It requires a different kind of courage. Not the courage to survive. The courage to choose more when everything already looks fine from the outside.
That's the season most of my clients are in.
I don't coach this from a textbook.
I coach it from a life that broke and was rebuilt,Ā deliberately, twice.
What rebuilding taught me
Identity before strategy. Nervous system stability over adrenaline. Relationships that fuel the mission. Standards that hold under pressure. A life designed consciously, not lived by default.
These aren't concepts. They're lived. They form the spine of everything I teach.

Who this is for
High performers who are successful by every external measure and know something is still off.
The relationship is drifting. The inner life is quieter than it should be. The work doesn't light them up the way it used to. The quiet question keeps surfacing: is this it?
They're not looking for motivation or hand-holding. They're looking for someone who will tell them the truth, hold them to a standard, and help them build the version of their life they know is possible.
If that's you, this is the work.
You've built the business.
Now build the life.
If you recognise yourself in what you've read, the next step is a conversation.
