Build the person.
Design the life.
 22 years. 1,100+ clients.
Founders, leaders, athletes, & couples across the world.
Across different people, different businesses and different seasons of life, Blake kept seeing the same pattern.
Most high performers get very good at building one part of their life.
And without meaning to, everything else starts running on default.
The relationship drifts. Their health gets whatever is left over. Achievement keeps growing, while something underneath it quietly doesn’t. And the person they know they could be stays just out of reach.
Â
The answer was never more information. Or more motivation. It was building the person capable of creating the whole life.Â

Two Rebuilds. One Life's Work.
Most people rebuild when they have no choice.
In 2019, I was one of them.
The business had collapsed. My relationship had ended. I landed in hospital. At my lowest, the inner work I’d been doing became the thing that held.
Within two years, I’d found my purpose, moved to my favourite place on earth, met the love of my life, and built a life beyond what I’d previously imagined.
That was the first rebuild. Forced.
The second one surprised me more.
Nothing was wrong. Life was good.
But underneath the success, something felt flat. I wasn’t in crisis. I simply knew there was another level available.
So this time, I chose to rebuild.
Not because life had fallen apart, but because I wasn’t willing to let “good” become the ceiling.
That takes a different kind of courage.
Not the courage to survive.
The courage to choose more when everything already looks fine from the outside.
That’s the season many of my clients are in.
I know it because I’ve lived it.
One rebuild was forced.
The other was chosen.
I don’t coach this from a textbook.
I coach it from a life I’ve rebuilt twice.
What rebuilding taught me
______
Identity before strategy.
Stability over adrenaline.
Relationships that strengthen the mission.
Standards that hold when life gets hard.
A life designed consciously, not lived by default.
These aren’t ideas I collected. They’re lessons I’ve lived. And they sit underneath everything I teach.
Who this is for
______
I work best with people whose life looks successful from the outside, but who know there’s still a gap.
Maybe the relationship is drifting. The work doesn’t light you up like it used to. Or you’ve simply reached the point where good is no longer good enough.
You don’t need more motivation.
You want someone who’ll tell you the truth, hold you to the standard, and help you build the person capable of the life you know is possible.
If that’s you, we should probably talk.
You've built the business.
Now build the life.
If you recognise yourself in what you’ve read, the next step is simple.
Let’s have a conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and whether I’m the right person to help you close the gap.
