There will be individual ‘intention calls’ that take place before the retreat to help you talk through your intention for the retreat and ask any questions that may be coming up for you. 

You can book those in directly with your coach/facilitator. 

Arrive: Thursday 22nd March at 4pm. 

Location: The retreat is located at the ‘Tin Horse Ranch’ which is approximately 25 mins from Byron or 20 mins from Ballina Airport. The address is 549 Houghlahans Creek Rd, Pearces Creek, NSW 2477. 

Driving: If you are driving - there is plenty of parking for your car on the property.  

Uber: If you are coming in an Uber - it will be a lot quicker for you to Uber straight from the Ballina airport then to go into Byron and then back out to the location. The venue is around 20 mins from Ballina airport. 

Want a lift: If you want a lift please send us an email to confirm your place. We will be leaving from the Byron Bay Bus Depot (Butler St, Byron Bay - Across the road from Butlers Street Reserve and out the back of the Railway Friendly Hotel at 3pm on Thursday 22nd March. 

DEPARTURE: 

Depart: Monday 25th March at 9am. 

If getting picked up or Uber we recommend pre-booking using the same above address.

Time to yourself: We HIGHLY recommend having at least a day or two after the retreat to yourself if you can. So much can come up from the retreats that we don’t recommend going straight back into ‘life’ after because there can still be things that are landing for you. 

The ‘dip’: It's also good to be mindful that there can be a bit of a lull or dip in energy for some people after the retreat. From the ‘high’ of the retreat this is very normal and will pass over the coming days. Just be mindful to not put yourself in any intense situations or need to make any big decisions.

There will also be a follow up ‘integration call’ to talk through your retreat experience, what came up for you and to ask any questions that you have. There are two call times avail for your integration session.

We will be sharing the itinerary and full event schedule with all attendees prior to the event which should help you get an idea of how your time at the retreat can and will be spent.

Things kick off for the retreat at 4pm on the afternoon of INSERT DAY/DATE.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday are full days packed with content, wellness, activities, surprises and good times!

The event wraps up on Monday, INSERT DATE at 9am.
